If the correct information would have been shared with me in reference to the cashier's check. I was given the wrong amount and who to make it out to. I was able to resolve this with the Company Service link by wiring the correct amount to them in order to make the closing actually work. Also, when we were speaking on the telephone going over my information, my phone disconnected and you did not call me back and when I called you, you did not pick up. Overall, in the end it worked out for me
It was quick and easy
The overall process was good but the process of removing the forebearance was very frustrating. With a click on the mouse I was immediately enrolled with no questions asked an no information to explain in details regarding questions I had. However I had to take on the responsibility of calling customer service 5 times I've 2 weeks to get the forebearance removed even though my payments were current. this process needs work.
Loan was an easy one from start to finish. Only hiccup was closing documents were delayed getting to the title company almost delaying closing.

It was hard to get anyone on the phone for questions that I had and my loan coordinator went on vacation for a week, I called with no response so I started moving forward with another company until one odd day I received a call. Almost lost my business. I understand it was busy for you guys
This was suppose to be a streamlined VA refinance. But it took over two months! Plus we kept getting email telling us they needed more documents but none were listed. When calling to see why we would get this requests when we were told documentation were not needed, we were told oh it was internal. It was just a mess!
Very friendly service from the loan officer and title company. Closed sooner than anticipated, even with the inconvenience of the virus, service was great.
