Fees kept being added. The Notary came 3 times with documents needing signatures. The last one added more fees and left us short on money to do what we wanted with the refi.

The communication was very sparse. When I first started the process, Brandon was great. He was helpful & contacted us weekly. He would answer my questions within a day, if not only hours. If when the application was moved onto the next person, he was able to help me out. We would go weeks w/o hearing any kind of update. We sent our appraisal over to the specialist and heard nothing back. There is more, but I’m out out of characters.

I got multiple emails asking for proof of my employment after that was already provided to myclosingteam by both my HR and my supervisor. It turned out, the closing agent didn't have access to emails they sent to myclosingteam because he was working from home. This happened just days before my closing date. That's unacceptable. They should have used the info I already provided weeks prior to confirm my employment and everyone responsible should be able to read emails sent to the team.
