The beginning process and working with Kevin Jones was exceptional. Once the loan got transferred to Vonnye the communication became sparse and I often was left wondering about where things were at with our loan. I would have appreciated a call when new documents were needed. The automated emails are terrible and I would receive emails asking for items that had already been uploaded.
