Process was easy and done in a timely manner. Communication was constant and there were no surprises.

From my initial inquiry with Nikki Sullivan through the closing, this was as pleasant of an experience as possible.
Better training for your entry level employees
We are still waiting to receive a response to a discrepancy in our closing papers. We were told that the HOA fees would not be included in our escrow and it is. We have had many mortgages and our HOA fees have never been a part of the escrow. Our loan has a portion included. We specifically asked Ammi about it before we closed. She assured us that it would not be included. But there it was when we reviewed our papers. We contacted Ammi, nothing has been done. Not recommending!
Customer service was great
Everything thing was just as it was explained. My loan officer, Chris Franklin, was friendly, knowledgeable and a general pleasure to work with. Great job!
