There were hiccups along the way. There's 1 thing not absolutely clear, but that's not directly a matter of the refinancing. Denny was usually very quick to reply. He got our questions answered as well as possible from his end. When the paperwork was initially not correct (as discovered only after the notary got here) he got it fixed. Someone else at PennyMac said it was fine, but he knew better and took the right action. The ratings on this survey did not work when clicked. I rate 4 stars.
