After going through two different loan processors before working with Deny it ended up working. The first two did not get back to me. Deny was very attentive to details and my concerns.
Duromg the whole process the M.A.C. team kept me informed and promptly updated forms that needed fixing. They were able to get my closong date a month earlier than predicted.
My husband and I started the refinance process with no issue. The first person we worked with was very helpful and explained the process in detail. Once the refinance was moved to a Home Loan Specialist it quickly went silent. No communication was provided from this individual and any time I tried to reach out, no phone call or email was ever returned. Horrible customer service and the whole closing process was handled very unprofessionally.

Better communications. When I reached out for help, there was no response to my email. When I phoned my original agent, only then did he respond.
Nobody seemed to care. How is it That u deal with a loan organization for 10+ years, put down 44% of The loan, have a credit Rating of 840 and it takes an act of god to get The loan completed?????
