My experience with the loan process went smoothly. All my question were addressed in a timely fashion. I was able to complete all the steps necessary with ease. I was so please with Pennymac I told one of my coworkers . He was able to refinance his home through Pennymac too. Great job thanks to the good folks at Pennymac.

The communication was lacking in all areas. I had to stay on top of the person working on my loan and even then would rarely hear anything back. I would upload documents to the portal and send and email and get the documents still wouldn’t be downloaded and processed. I did not realize this until I called into the hotline. I then had to do this every time a document was uploaded because it was never taken care of. Ultimately disappointed but glad it’s done.

Communication was awful. Emails and voicemails received no replies, or were replied to much later. Title company and realtor had issues communicating with PennyMac as well. The entire experience was a hassle, and hardly worth it. Expected more since I have been with PennyMac for years prior on my last home.
