George was great. Knowledgeable and always professional.
We started refinancing with PennyMac in March and didn't close until July. During that time because we were paying our usual mortgage payment and lowering the amount needed for payoff, PennyMac actually raised the % rate because we would have to borrow less than when we started the refinance process! You guys held our mortgage to begin with! We refinanced with you because we figured it would have sped things up! It will end up costing us $10K over the life of the loan. Not impressed.
