Great experience from beginning to the end
There was limited value in assigning a representative if every time I called with questions I had to speak to indifferent colleagues who were unfamiliar with my application. There should be a direct line to the loan officer. Only if that person is unavailable should clients have to explain pertinent details to a random member of the team.

I think the cost of points in order to obtain an investment loan was a little ridiculous. Definitely will do a little more research of other companies for my next purchase. As far as people, amazing. Eric was phenomenal and so was my loan originator.
