While the initial loan officer, Aaron Benavidez, did a good job of answering my question, Mr. Winkler's communications were short and left much to be desired particularly when he didn't provide a follow up when closing would be delayed. All the paperwork was completed and he mentioned to expect a 15 Jun close. The 15th came and went and he didn't communicate requiring me to call and arrange a date myself.
Refinance was made easy. I didn't need to submit any documents. Closing was fast, the whole process only took under three weeks.
