Faiza was AMAZING! She flawlessly balances professionalism with personality. Also, she was incredibly reliable and consistent when it came to messaging and document requests. I especially appreciated the weekly follow ups whether I needed to provide anything or not. It took so much of the mystery out of the process and allowed me to focus on the rest of my busy life, knowing that she had the complications of refinancing under control.
Good communication, able to get my questions answered quickly
There were a number of times emails went unanswered and it was difficult to get someone on the phone. But everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful once you reached them.

Everyone i talked to were great to communicate with! they were very clear on all explanations and were very willing to help if i had questions. the only problem was it took a very long time to get my final documents to close. i reached out for several weeks for some type of communication of where i am at on the closing before I was contacted back. Even though this happened your employees and PennyMac in my opinion are very good to work with!
Very unorganized. Closing process was nessed up multiple times, dates wrong, paperwork wong, cancellations, etc. Communication was bad. It would take days to get a call returned.
Better communication towards the end of the process. Waited for days with no response after multiple emails and phone calls. Closing was 3 weeks late.
