Yester was great to work with and very knowledgeable about my whole process of refinancing my home. She answered my questions in a timely manner. I would be glad to recommend PennyMac to my friends and family.

Fazia did great! However, there is a glitch in the system with sending out automated emails saying that items are needed when in fact they are not because I already submitted them. The extra amount of these emails became overwhelming and Fazia was the only one who communicated with me letting me know that everything was in and to just ignore emails unless I heard from her.
The documents went wrong2 times
Only reason I gave this a great review is because Nichole went above & beyond. I was not satisfied with the title company at all. My husband just passed away not too long ago and they pretty much had no accurate information, so I pretty much did the title search myself & had to prove that multiple things they said were false. They also told me I need to pay for a probate attorney when that was completely false. If it wasn’t for Nichole I would have walked away from this whole process.
Communication was absolutely horrible. Hard to get through to anyone and would take days before a return call or email. Received two emails regarding other people’s loans so makes me wonder where my information could possibly be sent. The notary was not able to make our scheduled closing because he hadn’t receive the paperwork from PennyMac and we had to reschedule.
I received emails from from the assigned agent, however I never spoke with her throughout the process. I was always supported by MAC Team members who answered and returned my calls. My positive experience survey should reflect a team and not the specific support of the assigned employee.
Not sure why my loan took longer than expected to close. I understand that COVID 19 was part of the issue however it still seemed a bit long.
The communication was not good. I had to call multiple times over days to get responses.
