Better communication would’ve made this process a lot better. Everything was expected last minute, our closing time had to be delayed because paperwork wasn’t correct. Also, having a direct line phone number would have been nice to avoid going through an entire automated system.

The Notary messed up my papers and I was really pissed off and wasted my time and I had to wait last minute to correct it or be corrected I didn’t feel confident. But overall I’m glad it’s done

My closing date had to be postponed because of closing documents not being prepared in a timely manner. Time is money. It also would have been more beneficial to follow up with the customer in a timely manner, by returning phone calls as promised. Other than that, I appreciate how the latter part was handled in a more expeditious manner.

The refinance went pretty smoothly at first. My contact was very helpful answering all my initial questions. I know refinances are very busy right now. It would have been nice to receive updates instead of having to call after 2-3 weeks without any updates. The final closing documents were sent with minimal time to review before closing and there were several financial changes to them that were never explained before or after receiving the documents. I had to figure out what changed by myself.
