The timing was not good for any of it. When I needed information you were not vary good
I have a hard time reaching my agent Alex. I emailed him, called him and left message but he doesn’t return calls until I email him twice. I even speak with his secretary or coworker asking for a call back. He never told me I had to paid a 1.67% point to get the 2.99% rate. I’m ok with paying the extra 3 grand for it. But he should have disclosed that information to me. I do like Tracy. She was patience and honest with me. Answered all my questions and concerns.

On hold over an hour should have been a clue. Told several times they had everything then get an email requesting docs already sent. Call my loan processor who didn't no they sent that email who ever they are, then it was decided they did need more docs. A day before closing they need more recent bank statements & check stubs first ones sent now out of date may have to delay closing. Nearly cancelled to go somewhere else. This is refinancing a loan they already own with 750+ credit score. Really
