No communication between you guys and title agency. Loan officer Moe Bannat never returned calls or emails that I sent. Never could get same answer when asking different reps. Never got my final closure statement on my last three closing dates due to errors with paperwork or title agency just didn’t show up for closing appt. So overall probably my worst experience doing a refinance. Never had issues with other mortgage companies in the past not like this.

I have used PennyMac in the past. This is my third loan with your company and I have been extremely happy with your staff and the service. This loan went as smooth as possible with everyone dealing with COVID 19 and working out of the normal office structure. KUDOS to PennyMac Staff!!!
Refinancing my existing loan that I already had with PennyMac was very easy. They were able to compare the old loan with the new one, explaining the benefits of refinancing. They explained the process clearly, making it an easy choice to proceed. Not only did we end up with a lower monthly payment, but we'll save a lot in the long run. I recommend them for their communication and ease of working with.
From the first day I called and spoke to Tony T. inquiring about the rates until speaking with Darnisha C. about the closing, I had nothing but great, prompt, customer service with Penny Mac. So much so, I encouraged others to contact them. This was the easiest process ever. If I could change anything, it would be my closing cost. 🤣 It was worth it to take almost $500 per month off of my mortgage!

Smooth process little to no lag in the process
Mark was awesome to work with. I gave him a competitor’s loan estimate and he blew it out the park and got me exactly what I was looking for. This man needs some recognition for how quick and smooth he made this process
My entire experience with Lana was amazing! She helped me to not stress out during times I was starting to get extremely nervous. She was awesome to talk to and walked me through everything. Very positive experience because of her!
