Good experience
Wilson was outstanding in this process and was our main contact for most of the process. We did not have any direct contact with Andy until the very end. No way to reach him directly and relied on Wilson for a lot of our updates and info. When we finally got with Andy he was great. There are some flaws with the process that need addressing. This is the second time using PennyMac and one again, they didn’t disappoint. The staff is professional and prompt in their responses. I would highly recommend using PennyMac for all lending needs.
I was amazed how quickly everything came together for our refinance process. I liked using the portal to upload documents and to see things as they were in progressing. The staff were very helpful and answered all our concerns and questions promptly.
Always answered multiple questions and explained the process and kept me on track throughout the process
