I could not contact Jesse. When I called I would receive support from somebody from your bullpen, which was fortunate, since they often were more informed and helpful than Jesse. More than once I was given misguiding information about what documents were needed from me. For most of the documents I submitted, especially the estimated closing document for the sale of my home, Jesse would email me multiple times requesting the document I'd already sent.
