The process was very smooth, even though it was all done online. The communication was fantastic!!!
Everything was well communicated to me by the first person I talked to at the company. I provided all of the documents requested on day one and just waited for my closing date. Someone typically followed up with me every Monday to let me know where in the process things were, and I appreciated that. PennyMac made my re-finance simple and easy!

Great experience! A bit lengthy of a process, but I was told about that up front. And kept informed of the process and steps and timeline along the way.
