We didn't need to resubmit alot of paperwork.
I received an email asking me to fill out some VA forms. When I followed the link in the email it wasn’t clear which forms needed to be signed. When I got a follow up phone call from Denny it took me several times telling him the same thing before he bothered to look at the forms I filled out when I first started the process with Joshua Leatherman only to find the form he had been requesting had already been signed.
Loan process was very easy and on time. Very happy with the service that Pennymac offered . Simple and easy.

My only complaint is that our original loan is with PennyMac and our Re-Fi is also with PennyMac. The 2 departments don’t communicate because our lending officer said not to make our June payment, but I got a call from collections department asking me to make a payment. It makes me uneasy knowing that I might have to fight to get any negative information removed from my credit report if a late payment is reported even though I was told by at least 3 or 4 people not to make the payment.
