First I'd like to say everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly, so that was a good. That was pretty much the only good part. Someone on your end took down my SSN wrong, meaning you guys had to run my credit TWICE. This means I have 2 hits on my credit for the next 2 years because of this error. The 1st person I spoke with, I informed them that I wanted my closing documents drawn up with my new married last name and they werent. There's more that went wrong but there's a character limit.
I had a Great experience, they were very professional and informative.

Smooth process, clear communications, and constant updates.
My loan process was quick, accurate, smooth, and timely. I have a great experience and all my questions were answered. I believe that PennyMac is a great company and I'm happy to have their service.
Great overall service
Loan officer was difficult to get a hold of throughout the process. Called office multiple times with no answer, and was hung up on. Closing documentation was incorrect, and received by the notary after the closing appointment was set, making for a late and very long closing meeting.
