The entire process was horrible. started the loan process in mid Feb. the first one was closed for inactivity but was never notified of any documents pending till i called 24 hours before the closing deadline. After that you reopened another loan process then take close to 60 days to close. Overall the company had poor communication and untrained staff always giving misleading information. Wish i would have gone with my credit union instead.

What stood out was that I was asked for the same documents several times with dead time in between. As the outsider, it seemed this occurred because several employees were involved, delaying the loan process by 2 or 3 weeks. I can't say this refi was an emergency so in the end this was not a disaster for me, but the unnecessary delay could have made a big difference in someone else's life. By the way, I have yet to receive my check, but I understand it is in the mail.

This was BY FAR the the cleanest, quickest, least frustrating refinance / escrow I have ever experienced. I'm pinching myself that it already closed. Richard and My Mac Team were flawless.

Mar. 30, app was filled out and closing scheduled for May 30. Everything was good until the closing. Communication was good until a wk before 6/1. The deed docs arrived on 5/18 & sat at Title company for 3wks but I didn't receive a call until 5/23 about Title company not receiving docs yet; I called /emailed several times for a week w/no response. I finally requested a manager 6/1. I'm anticipating late charges since loan funded 6/16; payments are late after the 15th. :(

The communication provided was better than expected and responses to questions were quickly provided. The only negative comment was the time between when we got the final closing docs and the actually closing. The issue was needing time to get to the bank to get a cashier’s check. Thankfully the bank was responsive and we were ready to go for the closing.
