Great experience all around
Letisia was always communicative and informative about the process. Most of the time, she'd call me before I had to call her. Her communications were clear and the documentation needed was also clearly communicated. I enjoyed working with her - she made the process easier. Everything closed on time and I now have my new home!

I was amazed how quickly everything came together for our refinance process. I liked using the portal to upload documents and to see things as they were in progressing. The staff were very helpful and answered all our concerns and questions promptly.
