Communication was horrible through out. Some folks helped out but there were so many hurdles and mess ups and delays.
Service was excellent and responsive. All aspects of the process was handled quickly without difficulty I couldn't find anything that was wrong

Everything went very smooth with my refi the only issue we had was in previewing the closing documents prior to closing.
I appreciated the speedy response to my questions from the entire PennyMac Team. As a Neuropsychologist, I am accustomed to professional service and treatment. Answer my emails.. Never got a answer about paying my July payment. I take it that it does not need to be paid.

The processors were very through and competant, but the organization seemed overloaded, so the process was not as speedy as it could have been.
