No communication between you guys and title agency. Loan officer Moe Bannat never returned calls or emails that I sent. Never could get same answer when asking different reps. Never got my final closure statement on my last three closing dates due to errors with paperwork or title agency just didn’t show up for closing appt. So overall probably my worst experience doing a refinance. Never had issues with other mortgage companies in the past not like this.

Refinancing my existing loan that I already had with PennyMac was very easy. They were able to compare the old loan with the new one, explaining the benefits of refinancing. They explained the process clearly, making it an easy choice to proceed. Not only did we end up with a lower monthly payment, but we'll save a lot in the long run. I recommend them for their communication and ease of working with.

Was moved around until I ended up with Lauren who was very professional. But that was 3 weeks after the process started. Started the refi on May 4th and closed 7 weeks later, June 15. This was a refi and you, PennyMac held the original loan. Provided all docs requested SAME DAY as requested. Thought this would be easier and faster.
