I could not contact Jesse. When I called I would receive support from somebody from your bullpen, which was fortunate, since they often were more informed and helpful than Jesse. More than once I was given misguiding information about what documents were needed from me. For most of the documents I submitted, especially the estimated closing document for the sale of my home, Jesse would email me multiple times requesting the document I'd already sent. I would call in, and more but word limit

It was a wonderful experience. Great company easy to work with. I almost Refinanced with another company. Penny Mac stepped in as my current lender, and made the process very very simple. They also beat all other competitive quotes on the market. Thanks guys...

The loan was a very difficult one to close. We had no issue with Ms. Washington; however, It was difficult getting things done utilizing a middle man. Ms. Washington was very nice and helpful and we appreciate her helping make this thing happen. This process was definitely not the best from the many we have purchased. If we had someone directly we could communicate with during the process that was in charge, it would have been a lot better. The closing date was changed on multiple occasions

I was given the run around for weeks trying to get a verification for employment. I called around the 3 companies to personally get the verification and sent it in. Called 3 times leading up to closing making sure they had everything, come time to close Pennymac didn't send the funds. On top of that they increased PMI with no heads up. In following up, I was lied to. Worst part was the person who cared least was Jesse, the person who was supposed to get us through the process.
