Mr. Morales did a great job so my ratings do not reflect his effort. Along the way my record was inadvertently cancelled--I had asked for clarification of numbers and the loan package was just cancelled. Thus my multiple attempts to make contact were unsuccessful as I now understand that once a record is cancelled, subsequent e-mail are auto-deleted. Made for frustrating process with multiple follow up calls to sort it out. Ultimately got it done but should not have been this complicated

Communication!! We did not receive many emails or phone calls. Also there were fees that were involved that were not communicated with me until the evening before the notary was to come. We were told not to pay the mortgage but we’re to pay some strange fee, even the notary wasn’t sure about. Nobody could answer me as to what the fee was for. Finally paid the mortgage late because we weren’t receiving any communication from your staff. So after paying the mortgage and zero communication our loan
Great advise, clear instructions for gathering documents, and notices along the way as the loan processed. I could reach someone with questions and answers quickly. Wire transfer of funds was used and that made life easier since the bank lobbies are closed because of the pandemic. I am grateful for all the help I received for a previous loan and the present loan. Thanks for all your help!
