My loan process was quick, accurate, smooth, and timely. I have a great experience and all my questions were answered. I believe that PennyMac is a great company and I'm happy to have their service.
Loan officer was difficult to get a hold of throughout the process. Called office multiple times with no answer, and was hung up on. Closing documentation was incorrect, and received by the notary after the closing appointment was set, making for a late and very long closing meeting.
Everyone was very kind and helped me in every way that I asked.
From start to finish the whole process was easy.
