Our loan was processed quickly and everyone we dealt with were friendly and explained the documents clearly. We would not hesitate to recommend Pennymac to anyone needing a pleasant experience with a new loan.
Everyone we worked with was very professional and treated us with respect.
The first notary didn't have the paperwork at the time we were supposed to sign. The second notary never even showed up (I'm pretty sure that never even got scheduled) and Robert Winkler didn't answer my calls or emails expressing my concerns. I received several " demand" letters, so I'm not even sure any of those are accurate.
Dion weekly updates were on track, he kept me inform, never had the need to call him. Great service
Communication is very difficult with agents. Our closing process took 5 attempts to complete and the last time I heard from my loan specialist was an agitated voicemail 8 days after the first signing when I was not aware there was a problem. I never received a response after multiple emails and voicemails.
