Zach was hard to communicate with and was irritated when I would ask questions to verify I was understanding things. Next, the date we were to close the title company lady didn’t show up (it was confirmed and no one called to cancel). We sat waiting only for a now show. Next closing went fine. However paperwork was wrong so we had to schedule for a THIRD time a closing. I was told to numerous times to not make June payment - then today get a collections call. Experience was terrible.

The first notary didn't have the paperwork at the time we were supposed to sign. The second notary never even showed up (I'm pretty sure that never even got scheduled) and Robert Winkler didn't answer my calls or emails expressing my concerns. I received several " demand" letters, so I'm not even sure any of those are accurate.

Communication is very difficult with agents. Our closing process took 5 attempts to complete and the last time I heard from my loan specialist was an agitated voicemail 8 days after the first signing when I was not aware there was a problem. I never received a response after multiple emails and voicemails.
