Very easy process
Everything went smoothly with my loan refinancing with the PennyMac loan team!!
PennyMac contacted me to notify me that a VA streamline refi at the current mortgage rate would save me money. After I gave my approval to go ahead they took care of everything else and kept me updated along the way. Love when a company helps me save money and makes it easy to do.

Though we had a problem with the inaccuracy in our closing disclosure, He made sure to fix the issue during the whole process. He calls back whenever we have questions.
