The only negative part of the experience was my closing was set for 11:00am by Penny Mac. The documents were not ready. My actual closing took place at around 3:30pm. I took a day off work for the 11:00am closing. If I had known it would have to be moved I would not have had to use a vacation day.

It took the Mac team and all involved a lot longer to complete the process than I expected. But through emails and phone calls, Lana continuously kept me up to date as to where we were in the process. And also made me aware of all documents needed to fulfill all the FHA requirements. I appreciate Lana and Michael Kramer for getting me through the process as quickly as possible. Thank you Mrs Parker

I had a very pleasant and positive experience with a little miscommunication at the very end of the process. All in all it has been the singularly most pleasant mortgage process I have experienced. Anyone who I called could fully answer and access and understand my questions. Regina and Tristan were fantastic. I am so glad I called you guys for a quote. That's why I also am doing a refinance of another of my houses with you also.

The loan process took longer than I thought necessary. It was a transfer from a mortgage from July 2019 to a new one less than a year later. My expectations and reality did not jive.
