The Pennymac Team concept helped to make the experience a good one. If we gould not reach a person, there was an alternate team member that we could speak with that had access to our file and could provide us immediate information on our refinance application.
The refinancing process couldn’t have been easier
Very professional team. There were some small dicrepansis due to I paid the mortgage for the month of June some the numbers didn't really match on the disclosure but at the end is all well. The process went smoothly and faster than I expected, great job PennyMac team .
Simple and easy process.
Carlton Blood was there for my elderly parents every step of the way with their VA IRRL loan. The application was done over the phone and they closed within one month. Carlton made sure to notify me with updates along the way. The process the extremely easy. I would recommend Pennymac to anyone who needs mortgage or refinancing loan.

Everyone at Pennymac has been so accurate with info. My Refi closed in about 3 weeks. The lady came out from the title company and she also was very nice and accurate.
I asked questions for clarity that went unanswered. I asked for documentation that I did not receive. I still don't know the exact dollar amount due to me at close or what will happen to my money. I've been advised to continue to pay mortgage under the old loan and don't believe my closing disclosure shows an accurate pay of. I talked to Sara only once and my loan officer stop replying. I understand that we have a world crisis going on but you still have customers to service.
