I reached out to lattice multiple times, I never heard back. We spoke one time and that was her informing me we would be working together. After that I didn’t communicate with her again. James Bruce did an exceptional job but overall I wouldn’t recommend my family to this company

Anna was incredible work with and made the entire process as stress free as possible. She is very thorough, thoughtful and a consummate professional.
