I got a great rate
Rosaria was very helpful and easy to work with, she made my home buying experience a great one. This was my second home with PennyMac and if I continue to move in my military career I will continue to use PennyMac.
If the people returned calls. I was told they would call me back then no call back. Loan took 60 + days to close. Could possibly have something to do with the pandemic why it took so long to close however people not getting back to you is unacceptable. I am so glad it is over.
I was told 0 closing costs but during the process it then changed to I owe 400 then to I owe 500 dollars then I followed up and it took several attempts to them be told penny Mac will pay me. That was a bit frustrating.
Great experience and service. Very friendly. Will come back to refi my other house.
