The process started march 17th. We closed June 3rd. We had 3 appointments for closing which the person did not show up. My husband took off work 2 of the days to be home for the closings and cost us wage losses of over $700 for the person NOT to show up to closing. We started out with one guy who was our agent then another guy then some woman by the name of Naomi then finally Brittany. We had no problems with Brittany. Overall, we are glad it is done but was displeased with the process.

I would have liked to receive the closing documents the first time they were supposed to be sent as it changed my closing date and closing costs. Other than that everything we very good
