The loan process went smoothly. Great company to do business with.
Andrew is very quick to respond to my questions. He knows exactly the subject matter.

The process was a bit confusing but it all turned out well in the end. Brian took care to make sure it finally closed after some missteps.
Communication is very good with PennyMac with one exception. When the request for payoff letter is sent out they send several copies. The wording in these letters are threatening in nature and put me off. I had to call my loan officer and ask why they were sending me a threatening letter when I was refinancing with them. He apologized but could only state that it was just how the letters are worded. Other than that the process was mostly painless.

Fast and easy process with a great rate. Very upfront about what they were able to do, and not do in regards to my needs. Highly recommend PennyMac for VA refinance or new loan.
Overall everything went quickly and smoothly and there were no surprises.
Panless and easy, even with all the covid stuff going on.
