Mykela Gavin is the ONLY reason I would recommend PennyMac. Had it not been for her, this entire process would have been a TOTAL DISASTER. In fact, other than Mykela, I've never dealt with a bunch of incompetent individuals like those who work for PennyMac. First, after my closing on Memorial Day (Monday, May 25th), I was led to believe that I would have my funds by that Friday, May 29th.
