We recently bought a new home in September 2019 and financed with PennyMac, when the pandemic hit and interest rates went low, we decided to refinance our mortgage with PennyMac. Super Easy!!!!! We phoned for information, all was totally and clearly explained. We started the process and within a month all the papers were signed and we were on to a new mortgage and $200.00 less a month mortgage payment!! The notary came to our home, we sat outside, and signed all the paperwork:) Thank you:):)

The process was extremely friendly and all of the individuals involved were really helpful. My last mortgage lender was a nightmare and I was really surprised how easy PennyMac made the process for me.
Loan officer never returned my telephone calls. One loan rep wasn’t very pleasant either.
As a returning Penny Mac client from my previous home loan in Ca. , I was again impressed with the thorough information received from My Mac Team and the support and questions answered throughout the process of my Re-fi Streamline Loan. I have referred my son, who is also a Penny Mac Loan holder for his home here in Ga. about the Streamline information. Respond to questions more promptly. Don’t switch the amount to closing 4 times. Don’t tell me I will only need to bring less than $100 to closing and then switch it to $2000 because you took to long to process the loan and it incurred another month’s worth of interest.
