Everything went as expected and was done in a timely fashion.
Overall, the experience was great. Sarah Guevara was great and answered the questions we had. David, who started us off in our refinance application was great as well.
Everything was fast an easy and the loan closed on time. Rates were competitive and I couldn't really ask for more.

The one survey question asked me about the communication from Andrew Mortenson. I put that at the lowest mark because never in the entire process did we talk to an Andrew. We only emailed and spoke with a Nicholas Purcell and Dalia Rodriguez.

The experience I had was smooth and easy. They lowered my rate lower than what I was asking for. I tried refinancing through my bank, and a hand full of the banks, and they could not help, PennyMac got right to work as soon as I reached out. I closed on a new rate within a few weeks. Thank you!
