Just checking with your own people to get documents already sent. When requesting documents be accurate and clear as to what was needed and respond accurately when contacted by phone. You returning phone calls,not someone else. When it’s a refinance with the same company several documents were in your system but you didn’t bother to look. Doing refinance thru the computer will never again be done by me.
My Loan Officer is very knowledgeable and very prompt in answering all the questions that I had. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the M.A.C. team for helping me undergo on this refinancing process especially to Sarah Guevara.

Since my original mortgage was with pennymac It was very easy to close. I was offered a slightly better rate by other companies, however, I didn't want to start submitting documents to them. You had all the information on hand and expedited the loan. Every one I dealt with was very friendly and professional.

Convenient and all employees I dealt with were courteous and responsive. Also, the document and signing process was smooth. Ty our notary was great too. The process was slower than expected but I believe that was because of the volume of loan activity right now. Overall we’re happy with the outcome.
I truly had no issues with Zandy. She quickly responded to my questions. However, the closing documents that I discussed with Angel and what was presented to my wife and myself were slightly different as the amount of refund we were getting changed each time the document was touched. Also, the documents that Zandy and Angel could see never reflected to what I saw when I received a secure link from the closing team.
Promises where made at the initial contact that I had to complain Repeatedly in order for them to be followed through on. Penny mac had the wrong phone number but never thought to try the alternate number. I gave Penny Mac all of my information multiple phone numbers but somehow the loan processing Agent didn’t have access to the right one. The closing cost at signing were off by a 1000 Dollars! So I had to refuse to pay and then negotiate over the phone. Giant bureaucracy, needs major reform.
