Mr. Darrien Honora, Mr. Wesley Black, and Mrs. Miko Solon were all splendid. They were timely and knew the answers to my questions. Mrs. Alexis Goodman took a long time to answer some of my emails and left others unanswered. As a result, the closing disclosure at my initial closing was incorrect, which had a snowball effect and led to multiple recalculations. This is just my experience and I'm not aware of other circumstances that may have reasonably explained this.

I told no money at closing. Then it went to $390 somethings, then $360 something, then when it was time to sign the paperwork it changed to $190 something. Not feeling good about the whole process!!!

Several things about the support team: - the loan officer was supportive and did provide explanations as needed - the team had me as a male (I am a female by birth and ID) on the demographics - the team had my file labeled “Sandra” vs “Sandra” , the second being My name - when I requested by email x 3 to have the file name corrected, there was no response from the team Frankly your system had some good points but seemed too automated and needs to identify more of a personal service.

I called to apply for a refinance of my mortgage and was able to speak with Kirk Blackshear on the first call. He was awesome in helping start the loan application. The whole process went quicker than expected. I am pleased with how smooth the process was.

The loan process was actually very quick & easy as we weren't asked for a lot of documents and edoc signings. We did have trouble with the closing documents showing we owed money at time of closing. We had been told we wouldn't. I called our loan officer and he explained what could be done. The very next day, we received our new, corrected closing documents & were able to sign them. We received an email later stating our loan had been funded. We are happy customers.
