Richard was absolutely fantastic- especially considering the unusual circumstances with the shutdowns. He went way above and beyond to ensure that everything was very clear and that I received timely replies.
it was a much slower process than given to expect as well as never a complete timeline tor answer to expect return of money in escrow. in retrospect i believe we should have been able to receive a lower interest as well.
The process was painless, and my questions were answered in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with.
