Great and friendly that you rely on. Trust worthy over all
Communication was lacking. Please stop calling from blocked or unidentified phone number, I and many other do not answer those calls. It will make things easier. Also other reps cold calling is not good especially when they ask for personal information when they call you. Only the rep working directly with client should call. Overall service could have been better.
Sandra was awesome and direct through the process. 10/10.
