Emerson Murad was excellent. If he didn’t keep an open line of communication with me, I really would’ve been lost. John wasn’t able to communicate things well and was very hard to get in contact with. John kept trying to push my close date out instead of trying get my original close date. I had to get his supervisor Nancy involved and although she helped out a lot it wasn’t in enough time to get everything taken care of. I had to move my movers and babysitter.
Communication by the various staff was effective and pleasant. I felt every interaction was professional. Thank you for helping me close my loan!
