Loan Officer told me I would be able to close 1 May, we closed 29 May 2020. I asked him a question via secure message/reply, he never responded. I asked about a lenders credit since he told me there would be no additional closing cost then when it was almost time to close there was $2000+ cost. He immediately dismissed my request. At that point I knew he didn't have my best interest he was working for his paycheck. THEN, we had a $13. cash to close. My wife is the reason we didn't walk.

My refinance loan was closed. But PENNYMAC has not even funded my loan. I am still paying and a active client for my previous lender. Also, at first, it was nothing down. But then I had to muster up $1,100 at a last minutes notice. No real excuse or explanation. Just "error".

Nancy was impossible for me to get a hold of, though I was available every time she called me (minus once). She didn't return my calls because "there's a delay" with her voicemail. At the close my process, I had one final question I needed an answer to. 6 days later, and no follow up. I called customer service and her response was in the file - but she NEVER communicated it to me. Nancy came across as a very nice person, but perhaps overworked.
