Nancy Olivas and Jeffrey Benyo were excellent. Jeffrey set the tone for great service initially and he was the one that had to gather all of my info. He was professional, witty and a joy to speak with. Nancy was super communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had. Easy for refinancing.
I've had my mortgage with PennyMac for several years and my recent VA refi when very smoothly and significantly reduced my payment. The loan officers at PennyMac went out of their way to help meet my needs, to include adjusting my escrow for disabled veteran property tax exemptions. I am very satisfied and would recommend PennyMac to any Veteran home loan borrower.

Be more prompt. Call and explain things to people. Keep people up on what’s going on. This was an OK experience not a good one. They lagged and didn’t inform me during the lag time of what was going on keeping me in limbo. I did not appreciate this. They also swore that they couldn’t lower my interest-rate anymore because it was a VA loan but the interest rate had dropped 0% and I would’ve like that looked into. For interactions!
