Pennymac has been my current mortgage company. When I began looking to refinance they actually contacted me to see if they could give me a competitive estimate. They way exceeded my expectations in reducing my rate and payment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a mortgage company.
The whole process was smoothe and we didn’t have to provide additional documentation as it was already on file. The one thing I will mention that slowed the process down was waiting in a shipping label from title. I called at 9am mountain time and did not receive a follow up call until 6pm that day that could have delayed the whole process. We applied May 5th and the loan was funded May 28th.
