Too much back and forth between multiple members. Wish things would have been clearer
It took me 2 weeks to get a Loan Officer to respond directly to me, when I initially requested a refinance. Pennymac Associates would call back, put me on hold and never connect me with an actual loan officer, sometimes for 40 minutes at a time. This occurred at a minimum of 4 times over a 5 day period. I was already an existing mortgage client! I was told by the closing attorney, the night before closing that I needed an 18yr old/nonspouse witness present. Thankfully, a friend was available.
Clear,precise, accurate, professional service
The same documents were being asked for, it seemed like we wasn’t going to close, closing date kept being pushed back, the timeframe was longer than expected. Overall, I’m just happy it got done.
Given the current circumstances of COVID, I understood there were other pressing matters. That said, Tahirah was detailed in her responses. I appreciated her candor and honesty.
I felt the information regarding locking in a rate and time frame of closing was presented clearly. I was given every opportunity to answer questions. Overall this was a very easy process.
Closing took took long. The virus was not the reason. Poor communication. Don't care attitude. Was suppose to get 234.00 dollars back. Just very poor professional team. Never again.
Communication was the key, I was kept informed every step of the way.
