We were supposed to close in March but due to who knows who it didnt happen. It took a whole month for someone to tell me what is going on. I did not pay April thinking i didnt have to. Got charged a late fee and almost affected my credit. No one would also call me back. I would have to call almost daily to get answers. I was about to just go to another bank.
Brian did an excellent job. Very helpful , thorough and always called us back when we reached. He was there thru the whole process to help us make sure we got our loan. Overall very good experience with PennyMac
Over all the refinance was fast and easygoing. Had no problems. Mr. Reid,explained everything in detail. Made the process look easy. Thank you.
Sandra B was on top of it. The closing of my old home put us in a time crunch to purchase a new home and Sandra and Pennymac made up that lost time and we were able to move from one house to the other.... I was amazed at how fast they work. THANK YOU SANDRA!!!!!!
We are very pleased with the whole process and especially since we can stay with PennyMac. We have already told our friends about this but we are not sure at their mindset at these trying times. I was impressed with the professionalism of every one I worked with during the process, and such praise does not come easily. I worked as a Real Estate Salesperson and have been licensed as a Broker since 2004. Given that experience, I know what to expect and what NOT to expect from lenders. The most important part of any real estate transaction is for all parties involve to stay true to their word. Both Julian McCaskill and Tyler Smedley were true to their word. I was quite impressed!
