Performed exceptionally well handling our account
Our loan officer Jay was amazing and very helpful to start the process. However the next person we dealt with Aida did not communicate clearly with us. Most communication was very vague and would be at the end of a work day at the end of a week rushing to get documents and wondering why said documents were not provided, when no previous requests had been made. Or asking for duplicates of documents. When asking multiple times to change our communication as this was very inconvenient it was not.
Little to no stress, got a great interest rate, and the closing came quickly.
